These Terms of Service govern your use of the HammerHead Sportswear website Hammerheadsports.co.uk, operated by HammerHead Sportswear, located in Hull, United Kingdom. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, browsers, and account holders.

3. Products and Services

We offer two main categories of products:

HammerHead Branded Products: Standard athletic and fitness wear carrying the HammerHead brand.
Custom Products: Bespoke clothing and accessories designed specifically for individual customers or teams, including digital design services.

We sell both physical and digital products. Digital products include design services or design packages, which may later be used to produce custom physical goods.

4. Payments

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your orders are fulfilled and dispatched promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on the product type and your location. Digital products are aimed to have first concepts delivered within 72 hours of order completion. Physical products from custom designed stores are shipped within 14 days of order completion (2 week production period). Products which are HammerHead branded are shipped within 48 hours of order completion.

6. Returns and Refunds

HammerHead Branded Products

You may return HammerHead branded items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Custom Products – Return & Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-designed items except in the specific cases outlined below. Each item is made to order and tailored to your submitted specifications, making it unsuitable for resale.

We will not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Slight colour differences from the approved design (e.g., due to screen-to-print variation).
Minor white spots or small imperfections resulting from the printing process.
Minor differences in logo placement from the approved design.
Incorrect size ordered (customers are responsible for confirming accurate sizes before purchase).
Delivery delays caused by our courier partners.
Late arrivals for specific events where the order was not placed with sufficient lead time (as discussed and agreed upon between both parties).

We will accept returns or issue refunds for custom products in the following cases:

Incorrect names printed on products that differ from those provided at the time of order.
Missing logos or text from the approved design proof.
Major print errors that significantly affect the appearance or function of the product.
Products damaged in transit, provided that photographic evidence of the damaged packaging (prior to opening) is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property
