Eddie Burns
Eddie “The Honey Badger” Burns is a promising young amateur MMA flyweight hailing from Hull and fighting out of East Yorkshire with the Hit Squad Hull team. Born in 2005, he stands around 5′6″ with a 65″ reach. As of April 2025, he holds an impressive 5‑2–0 amateur record, riding a five‑fight win streak that includes victories across both flyweight and bantamweight divisions under Fightcenter and BFC promotions. Known for his technical grappling and endurance, Burns notably earned a D’arce choke win at BFC 7 and a unanimous decision in a flyweight title bout at Shock n’ Awe 38. At such a young age, he’s already starting to make waves in the regional MMA scene—keep an eye on this “Honey Badger” as he continues to develop his game.
