Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How long does it take to ship products?
For HammerHead related products, shipping to UK mainland can be expected within 2-3 working days. Worldwide can be between 5-7 working days. For custom products, we recommend allowing 7-10 working days from production fulfilment.
Can I return products?
If you purchase HammerHead related products, returns may be applied. However if you are ordering bespoke custom products we have a strict no returns policy, this is due to the order's unique name options, sizing and design making it a bespoke order for that specific customer.
What if my order has delayed shipping?
Once the products leave our hands and gets handed to our courier, the product is completely in their hands. Meaning any delays is the couriers responsability. Using your tracking number, and contact details of the courier you can always reach out to them for more information and we can help advise when possible.
How long after purchase can I return an item?
HammerHead products may be returned back to us within a 14 day period of delivery. The product must be returned in its original form including labels and packaging. Upon this return, products may be exchanged or available for refunds.

How long does production of my order take?
Depending on the size of the customers order the time frame can vary. We always put orders into production the same day of order confirmation. We aim to have production complete on all order sizes with bespoke designs within 7 days of order placement.
Is their an MOQ for bespoke orders?
No, we accept orders from 1pcs with our custom products. If you are looking to place larger quantities this is also accepted.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
For both HammerHead products and custom products we offer a 24 hour cancellation timeframe. This can be done by contacting us directly, failure to do so within the 24 hour period will not result in a cancellation.
Does HammerHead offer both Men's and Women's?
For our HammerHead products we offer, Men's, Women's and Unisex products. For bespoke custom designs our products are Unisex unless specified otherwise.

Do HammerHead offer customisation features on products?
For team store products, yes. We allow name options as well as number and country flag options. These options come with no extra cost to your order.
What type of products do HammerHead offer?
HammerHead offer a wide range of products, which is only going to expand more over time. This ranges from sportswear, to casual / lounge wear and accessories. Furthermore we offer team wear for sporting teams and individuals in various sports.
Are products embroidered or printed?
We offer both finishes to our products. Most of our sportswear garments for both HammerHead products and custom team wear is printed to ensure durability and comfort when training. Our more casual / lounge wear items and some accessories are embroidered for a more premium quality finish to the garments.
Does HammerHead offer eco-friendly products & materials?
Yes, HammerHead supports eco-friendly products and aims to follow this route as much as possible, including our packaging and labelling which is also eco-friendly.
